Terms and Conditions PP6Club – Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and PP6Club ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the pp6club website, mobile app, and all services offered by our platform.

PP6Club operates as an online gaming platform offering Live Casino, Slot Games, Sports Betting and a variety of other games. All our services are conducted in accordance with the guidelines set out in this document.

• Forfeiture of all account balances in the accounts involved.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

2.4 Accurate Information

You are required to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and rejection of pending withdrawals.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your pp6club account. PP6Club will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use results from your own negligence.

• Never disclose your password to anyone, including pp6club customer support staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Contact the pp6club support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

PP6Club uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your password remains entirely your personal responsibility.

4.1 Payment Methods

PP6Club supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same member's name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for standard daily amounts once account verification is complete. For larger withdrawals or under certain circumstances, processing may take longer for security review purposes. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the pp6club member.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any deposit that has not met its wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.
• PP6Club reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.

5.1 General Wagering Conditions

• Bonuses must be wagered at the specified multiplier before they can be withdrawn.

• Bonus validity is limited and will expire if not used within the specified period.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other members or directly converted to cash.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Detection

PP6Club has an active monitoring system to detect any attempts to abuse bonuses. If we suspect that a member or group of members is exploiting the bonus system, pp6club reserves the right to void bonuses, reject related withdrawals and close the accounts involved.

All games at pp6club are conducted in accordance with industry-standard rules. Game results are final and may not be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, pp6club will endeavour to resolve the issue based on available system records.
• For Live Casino, the result announced by the dealer is final.
• For sports betting, pp6club follows international market standard rules for all betting outcomes.

If a dispute arises regarding a game result, members may contact the pp6club support team within 72 hours of the incident for an investigation to be carried out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pp6club platform and may result in permanent account closure and appropriate legal action:

• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information to pp6club.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system weaknesses with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or other tools to interact with the platform without written consent from pp6club.
• Colluding with other members or staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or stolen information.
• Any action intended to damage the reputation or operations of pp6club.

PP6Club takes your privacy and personal data security seriously. Information you provide during registration and platform use will be used solely for purposes related to our services.

We will not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or valid regulatory obligations.

PP6Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, service disruptions or data corruption.

Pp6club services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we continually strive to keep our platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee the service will always be free from technical errors.

PP6Club's maximum total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

PP6Club reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the pp6club platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
